My husband sent an email to our congressman and he answered this:
Dear Mr. Lym,
I have been notified that the Nebraska Service Center has jurisdiction over your case, not the Potomac Service Center. Therefore, it has been forwarded to Nebraska for review, and I will follow up with you as soon as I receive a response.
Now we are waiting again and crossing our fingers for good news 🤞🙏
