@V A spoke to 2 Attorney and was told to write a letter of transfer for my pending i485 under vawa to be adjucated base on new i140 petition. similarly, there is a portion on uscis that also states same thing under the transfer of underlying basis section

@Tolu A You are allowed to filed two i485. if cost is the issue, call USCIS to confirm

applied myself. wrote all the petition myself. MBA in project management. and financial risk field

I filed mine in Jun 2023 my PD is not currently current under NIW. another thing is that when I called USCIS to make enquiry about my approved NIW they said they can't provide any information for has the case has been routed to my vawa case and due to confidentiality of vawa no phone information can be given.
