Hi, I am on L1 visa, but my I485 case is pending more than 250 days now in EB3 category. I already have an EAD and AP. Can i change jobs? Or do i need to get a H1b visa with the new company? Thanks

you can change via using approved EAD since it has been more than 180 days since I485 filing. But as soon as you use EAD, you will have surrendered L1 status. Any dependents from L1 status would also lose that. Only opinion and not legal advice.
