Did you file i-485? Tps for nepal was terminated on 08/20/2025. If you haven’t file i-485 and received receipt notice how do you mentain your status?

Did you change to F1? TPS for Nepal ended August 20, 2025. If you had filed for i485 before the end date then you are good else you should have gone to another status like F1 to maintain your status.

I agree with other posts here. The only way to maintain your status is to ether have filed for i485 or have gone to a different status before TPS ended. If you have not done so you have incurred unlawful presence which makes you ineligible to file for AOS. I have seen many people on TPS get approved.
