yaz z don't you got any other application pending with uscis, because this can happen that they are reusing your yr biometric and you don't know, in my case I apply on august 9 for the first time and in the same week they answer and told me that they gonna reuse my bio, from a old asylum case that I had pending with them. all the way the processing time is 3 to 5 months, they are currently reviewing case for july 15th 2021

my bio appointment was scheduled after 4 months of filing. My TPS application is still pending from April no decision yet

I don’t think the website is true on the dates . but it is still taking them 3/5 months cause I applied in august and am on last step

that is a long time, it looks like Orlando is very slow.

you will always find some exception dear, everybody has is luck, but the processing time for TPS is 3 ro 5 months acrually they reviewing case submited on july 16 2021, all of those person who says they have 6 or 7 month or not applying for TPS for the first time, must of them are renewing their work permit, 3 to 5 months in only for people who apply for the first time. if someone apply for tps before august 3 this persone is in other categorie.

it was our first time as well. our case was actively reviewed since Sept 21, we just got an interview date for January

I don't understand how could you apply forHaitian TPS for the first time before august 3 2021, if every body know that they start on august 3. poeple had tps before that and renewing their case but no one could apply for the first time before august 3. how could you do that??

A G don't you check processus time on the USCIS web site, haiti has a processus time honduras Guatemala salvador has aprocessus time and so one. and its depend on if it for the first time or renewing ect

I wonder after all that long wait of 9 months, will these days be counted from the total period of TPS 18 months (which will in end in Sep. 2022).. or after the decision my full 18 months will start?

Hi Pierre, I had my biometric appointment, but my case is pending and is in actively review status. also, I am outside of the processing time and I did an inquiry, but they told me that they are actively working on the cases and sorry for the delay. I was thinking of doing an expedite request. what do guys think should I do that?
