Too long
it’s been 2 months and 3 days since I sent my application for I-130. my husband wrote USCIS on the Cheque and they haven’t gotten back to us at all. we check daily to see if they cashed the check and they didn’t. what do we do please help

I had the same problem as well when I called they said that the locked box that my case was sent to is full of backlogged case which is chicago locked box they didn't cash my cheque until almost 3 months after they received it.

Hey buddy, just chill out. I've been waiting since 2020.
You are on the second month, everything will be alright, but unfortunately USCIS sucks and there is nothing we can do about it.
