@DA AR @WRV NIW ROW @hi hi @John Namu @Yas I @Mocha M @Miracle E @ i do really appreciate for your good wishes and congragulations. i wish all the best of luck to you all. regarding the service request, the lawyers initiated based on latency (outside normal processing time) on the case. as far as i understand the service request may have an positive effect on most cases, raises a flag , specially for crp cases. but it does not work for all. they may give a response as normal processing. totally the assigned officers choice. again, i wish you luck all and hope everybody gets a big smile very very soon

@Mr Whiz , @Mr Green , i got a lot of support from you guys, that i will never forget. yes thats true that stress sometimes takes over your control during this process, but you see the ligt. keep moving towards the bright light. i am hundred percent sure happy days are just a step away. frankly, two years ago today, i was not even aware of eb2niw and been in too much stress due that my kids will be over 21 and they have to find their ways on their own. even we decided on behalf of them to move to states with no solid path to green card, so after 2 years, its another chapter. and your new chapters are just an inch away. good luck both, keep up and try to dream of the happy days

@chris will my lawyers initiated it but i believe its easy on the uscis website. most people file themselves. as 8balready paid a tons of money to lawyers, i asked them to do it

@A T , casetrack basic version have the ability to show the detail as it appears on your i485 case. 8 did not do anyything specific tonsee it. after the officer is assigned, things het the chance to be reviewed/approved as case remains pending is resolved.
