1095 days here 3 years of nothingness. whyyyy

i contacted them and they said that they are doing security check. same answer they gave to congressman as well 😔 i received plenty of PF

@Mrkvica M. whoever has long time wait , like me almost 34.5 months, because of security checks? what kind of security checks is that ? do you know?

I have no clue what to think anymore but I know two more people who got same responses 😔

@Mrkvica M. I applied on Dec 2020 , I have 5th prima facies , no RFE. almost close to 35,5 months which they mentioned on USCiS website. still showing case wes received on my 360 . Even they didn’t approve my renewal of EAD card it’s been 10 months. I am scare my case more than this time .

@Mrkvica M. . 5 years is too much. what kind of security check is that? do you have a criminal record, or committed any crime. I seriously don't understand why 5 years , all on security check. its sad . I think you should get a lawyer to put pressure on them to give you a decision.

uscis is out of control I've applied January 2021 and nothing just pf...I've seen people apply in 2022 and already approved. please tell me how?

there is no accountability with uscis...are supervisors actually holding these officers accountable? do they Have monthly quotas to make to see if they are actually working?

@divine intervention ; no I didn’t have any contact with uscis , to know why I have delay om my case, my attorney is rude person which I know , whenever I asked him about my case , he said you can back to your home country. recently I asked my state representative to follow up my case with Uscis, his caseworker responded to me by email snd wrote, I will inform you when we start your case . I am really tired of this.

@hope hope . Your lawyers response wasn't fair to you ,if he actually said go back to your country. pathetic. America is a nation of immigrants and am sure his origin were immigrants too.

@tired from waiting , I can’t change my attorney because I don’t have money to pay other attorney , 😔😔 hopefully some good news comes from USCIS by end of the October or beginning of November. 😥😥😥😥😥😥

@hope hope we are all in this together. i was so scared that something is wrong with my case but then i found out that i am not the only one. i paid so much already and i don't have money for more lawyer. my lawyer just keeps telling me to wait but what if the file was lost. 🤷 i read that cases from last years are already done and that's why i am scared that my file is lost.

@hope hope you mean your ead renewal is been pending for 10months? That’s scary, are you able to work with the extension? what about your driver’s license? are you able to renew ? I sent in my ead renewal application and I’m yet to receive the notice. This is whole thing is so messed up

@F A , no I don’t have any issues with extension, because it’s valid for work , I didn’t use it for my DL renewal yet . hope not makes any issues. Be patient I applied January and notice cames on beginning of March. don’t know what they’re doing in USCIS, I saw some people who apply on 2021 now has their green card in their hand , Now thinking for US citizenship. mine turng to 35 months.

@hope hope I just got my ead renewal notice in the mail, it took them about 5weeks cos I sent it in 2nd week in September. I’m really hoping for 360 approval, it’s 32.5months already.
