I’m in LA however they said they sent mine to San Bernardino field office. does that mean they waived my interview??

@T EndlessWait ; what she said is exactly interview has been waived , I googled it , shows NBC recommended to waive interview. My attorney office is close now , will ask him too,

@hope hope I did an inquiry thru congress and the email which they forward me states that my case is with the San Bernardino field office now. even though I’m based in LA

my case is at Lousville, KY and I live in CT, total different state. I sent my medicals about a month ago and just waiting on response. my interview will be waived but it also depends on category

@divine intervention ; they did not talk about my case , in general shows that if USCIS recommends an interview is not needed than case has to transfer other feild office. where is not busy even if isn’t applicant home feild , since my vawa has been approved, my 485 has lots moving; Vermont to BNC NBC to Baltimore Baltimore to NBC NBC to Baltimore lastly Baltimore to Charlotte now I am not trusting them .
