I made an query on my case at NVC for not getting interview letter.

This is their reply :

This petition is currently undergoing necessary additional processing at the NVC. You will be notified with further instructions when the processing is complete.

Please, I don't understand why undergoing additional processing? No interview letter 

Please, anybody  experienced this? Can you explain this to me? Am confuse
