Timeline, waiting since July 2022
Sent all paperwork work July 5 , got scheduled for biometrics appointment July 15 2022. August 1, 2022 “Case is being reviewed by USCIS “ for i485 , status hasn’t change ever since. Got approved for i765 with AP on December 19, 2023 (Combo Card). How much longer shoul I have to wait for approval for green card ? live agent said “ interview has been waived” ?

ok don’t listen to live agent. they told me my interview was waiver in Feb 2023. fast forward after 1 year I have a interview that’s scheduled yesterday. took a year for me. everyone different.

Please never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

@Tu tu National benefits center , but was told by live agent it’s in my local office in Houston. & no haven’t received anything for RFE

@Ciro g My case is at Houston FO too. my PD is also July 2022 😩it seems like Houston FO really slow. did you include the I693 medical exam when you submitted the whole application package?
