Are you not trying for the EB1A also?
Kar (NIW) PD-Nov 2023’Mar 15, 2024
@T. G. my lawyer told me, not to., because I don’t have a good case for it (also consulted other lawyers, all told me the same).
so we tried to play it safe with the NIW.

Your profile is solid for EB1A. You should give it a try, it won’t hurt just extra cash to save you the long wait on VB

@kar C some of these lawyers don’t want to do the heavy lifting and the grunt work 🤦🏽♂️. you need to be creative with the final determination, your profile is solid as @Mr Green mentioned.

I-140 for EB1/EB2 is now assigned IOE case numbers?
Kar (NIW) PD-Nov 2023’Mar 16, 2024
@M T that’s my receipt info for EB2-Niw.
I have no idea about the rest.
B BMar 16, 2024
@kar C That’s how lawyers trick us. even if you have excellent credentials they say it is difficult and ask you try NIW, which in my view is not a good thing on thier part.
you clearly have a EB1 case try to port it eventually so that you can get green card quickly
