Hello all, need some advise.
We are under EB1C, ROW.
On Sep 30th we field concurrent for our I140 and I485.
Biometrics were done on Oct 23rd, EAD was received right after and I140 was approved 2 month ago.
No movement on tracking regarding the I485 or confirming that the biometrics were done.
Any thoughts?

Unfortunately, I don't have any idea to share as my profile has been updated to show finger prints were taken. Did my biometrics on the 29th of October. Have you checked your account on USCIS for the update or just lawfully?

Did your biometrics notice say it's for both I-765 and I-485 ? And since you already received your EAD, USCIS portal should be showing that you completed biometrics atleast for I-765 right ?

Yes it was for AP, EAD and I485
We never received the AP, only the EAD and the USCIS website doesn’t reflect it. Only show “we are actively reviewing your case”
