time for family members approvals
Hi everyone)
May be you know , today my husband’s i485 was approved, but mine and my sons is still pending. How long does it take to receive an approval for us after my husband’s approval ? I485 is based on i140. Thank you 🙏

There is no time requirement for USCIS to adjudicate your case. They say they will make best effort to do it together with primary but there is no official requirement.
In my case, the primary was approved but I wasn't and I fell into retrogression. Still waiting 4 months later. Hope you have better luck!
