Three emails today
My PD is 10/12/2024. CR1/CR2.
CR1 was at Texas Service Center and was transferred to Potomac.
CR2 started and remains at Vermont.
I received the classic “we have taken an action on your case” email on 03/28/2025.
Today we were finally able to ask Emma about the email, and she said:
“The most recent update was on 3/28/25, a check was completed. Nothing significant, just a part of the process.”
When I asked before, some people said it meant approval was coming. I wonder, could it be?
ChatGPT gave me an estimate of possible approval by the end of May or June.
Should I believe that?
Or should I keep in mind that approval might only come in January/February?

Update 04/04:
Today I received THREE emails saying "we have taken an action on your case."
Nothing changed except for the status "case is being reviewed"
So… what should I think?!
I checked the API, and both cases had the event code FTA0 today.

@Elvine Elvine You first need to go to USCIS and log in to your account normally. Then you paste the link and in ioe you enter your case, but it only works if your case is applied electronically.

How did you get approved so fast for i130? did you submit with i485 or request to expedite or K3?

@A L ooh yes I hear people don’t hear back from the K3 but it does speed up i130 decision by applying. Without expedite and k3, they’re currently processing January 2024 standalone i130
