Hello @GV Tv. I had a similar situation. I would suggest calling USCIS, say “stamp in my passport” or “military” and usually they will put you through to a representative. Since 30 days have passed, just tell them you’re inquiring to see if they have recieved your response and what are your next steps. In my opinion, I think, when you call for a service request, it puts your case back on the map. All the best!

My case is also at Queens FO. I130 was approved in Feb, and RFE medical was received on March 3rd without any updates since then. I placed a service request about a month ago and was told my case is under active review😞 FYI, my PD is May 2022

@nessa I did call and that asked to wait 60 days to have a inquiry. the customer agent did mention that my interview was waived but I know that means nothing

Queensfield office actually has a very bad backlog I filed on March 13, 2023 did biometrics on April 13 and now it just says actively reviewing it’s been 120 days it’s so frustrating
