@sam sam : I don’t know what happened. Yesterday Tier 2 person called me , he didn’t know what he is talking about . I told him what do you mean you don’t know about this change , than why you call me , because you want filled your work hours for your paycheck.

@prazzi S : I am scared, if I go in advance, and get my medical form , as you know it will cost around 600$ for , keep it with myself. @Hope Hope medical doesn’t expire anymore ( new rule ) when you do your medical done tell doctor make 2 sealed packages, send 1 with interfile , keep 1 safe just in case you get official Rfe , medical should cost around 200-400 $ blood work & vaccinations should be covered by insurance

Effective April 4, 2024, any Form I-693 that was properly completed and signed by a civil surgeon on or after Nov. 1, 2023, does not expire, and can be used indefinitely as evidence to show that the applicant is not inadmissible on health-related grounds.-per USCIS website.

@prazzi S : I saw you uploaded on your timeline, Tier 2 said your 485 transfer to Vermont again! did you ask why they did that?

I paid extra 100$ for 2nd sealed package but someone I meet paid only 50$ extra, I got official RFE 2 days after they received my inter file

i expedited thru congressman, they said expedite request approved, may be that is the reason , USCIS GOT my medical 90 days ago

Just filed for Adjustment of Status a few months ago and my lawyer told me to attached together my medical records since there is no expiration anymore.

you can get cover letter with barcodes for interfile , interfile means you send a document without uscis asking

@prazzi S ; other thing, On July 3 ,2024, uscis added my expired medical form to my 485 form . that’s wired though. I did that one on November 2020

it might be a mistake but since you’ve done your medical in the past that mean you probably don’t need any vaccines anymore just need bloodwork & doctor who can fill the forms

when you go to cover letter part ( web page ) it will ask for A number & receipt number for I-485 just add those when you hit generate it will add barcodes on top of letter

@Hope Hope barcode makes uscis workers work bit easier they can scan it to get your file easily, this gives your documents better chance of getting accepted

@Hope Hope 💝 uscis now telling me my case is in Vermont , previously I got transferred notice for NBC , then uscis on chat said it’s moved to local field office, now they don’t give me details, also my congressman said expedite approved but uscis says they don’t have record of expedite approval
