hi @OO_ 2021 Congrats your journey. but Did you re-submit the whole document for I765 and I131. What you do with the old EAD card?

@Gc 0321 thank you🙏🏽 To answer your question, in the I-485 denial letter, I was instructed to return the unexpired combo card to a local immigration office and so I returned it to the Los Angeles office. Then after my I-140 was approved and I-485 was consequently reopened, I submitted a new application for another combo card. I hope this answers your question. Wow. I have the same I485 denied by USCIS mistake. So, I stop working but still keep the EAD. My attorney doesn’t say anything about return EAD. I don’t know should I return them or not🥲

@Gc 0321 hmmm if the denial letter says so, then follow the instructions - that's what I did. It just doesn't help to have any issues with the USCIS, no matter how trivial, you get me? Also, I'm surprised your lawyer didn't see the need to address that especially if it's an instruction in the denial letter.🤔 However, don't panic, contact the customer service to explain your situation and know the next best action.
