You should contact an experienced lawyer. This is not DIY. After they file paperwork with district court, USCIS will either make decision on your case or defense it back. Good luck

smh I remember you. still nothing smh. Mine has been since April 2022 and I contacted the congressman and they have sent an email July and August stating the exact same excuse. Saying they have sent my case for expedited processing but due to workload factors not relating to my case the final adjudication may be delayed and they have provided no timeline. They have no compassion. How do they expect people to survive?
