they seem to be working through crp eb3 pd July-November 2022 now. I’d give it until the end of the year before freaking out.

@giggle world is it really outside of normal processing times with 383 days? depending on where it’s processed the processing times can be 36 months

technically anything outside of 6 months is outside of normal processing time for Employment Bases cases that are current. if you want to go a step forward, check how fast your local Field Office is processing cases. if you’re over that time, you can sue.

They haven’t done that tho, since you can check processing times for Field offices online on official USCIS website. you need to understand the vast majority of cases ARE processed under 6 months. It’s just the unlucky few that suffer from poor USCIS management.
