call them, and schedule an appointment so you can have it changed

i had a similar experience with my EAD card so just call them and also online there is a website where you can tell them if there is a problem with your document and explain it to them over there as well. you will have to send back the original green card but before you do so make sure that you make a scanned copy of this one. there should be more details on the website and if you call them they will explain it to you and tell you where you have to mail it back.
