@john abou hilaneh Why don’t you write to USCIS and request for information? your I-130 should be processed withing 5 years max not 9. you paid them application fees, they should provide you answers after 9 years. this forum won’t.

@Za daughter S while trying to create request for case outside of normal processing time, the system automatically decides whether application is within the timeline or not. Hence you can’t reach out to them.

@shaid haveliwala Have you tried online request for case processing out side timeline?

F3 will be done 15 y

priority date November 2011 here for F3 category. still waiting for final interview. got all documents in order and approved half year ago and still no interview scheduled yet. case still at nvc as of today 😒
