@gcaspirant gc did you not get an rfe for your medicals? given you filed in Feb 2022, they should have been expired as they are only valid for 2 years

yes @B J . I got RFE in Aug 24

@capa chase - I too have the same doubt, as my PD is March 2022. do we need to submit medicals again proactively ? or wait for notice from USCIS.. I submitted my medicals in Jan 2023, responding to the RFE..

not sure which NBC, I thought there is only one NBC

@gcaspirant gc my PD date is Dec 22 and submitted medicals in the same month. will that be valid or I should expect RFE. asking as in some previous chats it was from Jan 23 onwards that medicals will not expire.

@gcaspirant gc congratulations quick question: your medicals submitted would have been expired sometime ealrier this year. did you submit a new medicals or the case just moved directly from crp to approved.

I submitted medicals based on medicals RFE.. it was requested in Aug 2024. but it was in CRP then moved to approved
