Yes- Concurrent Filing. June 13th my case was transferred from Nebraska to to NBC.

congratulations. Almost same timelines for me. EB1C Nebraska. 765 EAD approved. pending other approvals. did they approve i131 separate? do we get one card or two cards now? Also i see some cases getting i140 approval 1st and then ead and some are vice versa. anyone knows what the rationale and how much timelines can be expected after EAD approval?? any idea?

Yes they have approved EAD and 131 couple of weeks back. I-140 approved in April first week. My 485 application moved from Nebraska to National Benefit Center one month back

filed all concurrent EB1C May21. only 765 EAD approved. 131, 140, 485 awaiting approval.

No interview. Yes NBC approved my I-485. It’s non local field office I think.

@puruahottham - QQ - When your 485 case was transferred from Nebraska to NBC did you receive any email notification or was the status got updated on the case online??

Yes I have received receipt via mail saying that we are moving to different center to expedite your case. Also status updated in online as well

ok got it. Last week i got my EAD 131 and 140 approvals fron Nebraska now waiting for 485 approval. So they do send transfer to NBC and Nebraska doesn't approve 485 or is it mandatory to send to NBC. ? Any idea?

There is no mandatory that only NBC should approve I-485. Any center can approve. it all depends on number of case processing at each location.
