@B J I Got My EAD yesterday as Well. What time they APPROVED Your I-485 today? yesterday they approved my I-765 6PM and my wife was approved 8PM.

Congratulations and feeling happy as March 2024 filings are getting approved now...is your case filed and received receipt in March itself or filed in March and receipt is in April?

@Joe joe filed in March, receipt in April but when I spoke to USCIS they said their system showed it as March

@pij carce not sure what category you are filing under, but if they prioritize EB, by October you should see some movement on the retrogression. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

@B J have you received your green card by mail? could you let me know when it was mailed out? our i485 got approved yesterday.

@Mira S first of all- CONGRATULATIONS!!! to answer your question- my attorney, just today, received my green card (I had filled in the G-28 so everything goes to my attorney)
