I used the request tools, I used the one referring to exceeded processing time, but in reality my case was being processed within the time. What I did was, in the bar to specify the last action on the case, I put that the last action was that they received the analysis 7 months ago, and then in the same space I explained my desperation and my situation. Two days later they responded that they have an excessive workload, and today I received approval. I said I had depression and that I couldn't take it anymore, and it's true. It was difficult to wait so long. I lost my dad, grandmother and uncle during this process. @Jo Jo @Perla N

thank you Ana. I submitted an expedite request which I should here from them by tomorrow. if it’s denied I will do what you did and keep bugging them. this immigration system is torture.
