@Cristhian Mora Congrats!
is there any lawyer you would recommend to work with in the U.S or you filed by yourself?
Cristhian MoraJan 11, 2024
@Mona A. I worked with Colombo Hurd. It is not the most personality experience but they do their job the right way, they have a lot of experience and they know very well how to approach each case.

Cristhian MoraJan 12, 2024
hello @kar C for sure. software engineer w 12 years of experience in the field. some awards and citations including an Emmy award. 7 letters of recommendations from experts, VPS and directors on the field. 2 letters of interest from American companies and approx 40 mails from recruiters in United States and LATAM interested in my profile. I think that was an important thing in the case. I showed all of these mails to my lawyer and they said that it could help to impress the officer. I hope this helps you.
