@Georgij Alekseev I am not sure if my expedite was considered because I didn’t hear much after I submitted evidence few days ago but uscis works in mysterious ways and sometimes they don’t update everything so here is my expedite timeline • March 1st, I submitted an expedite request through Emma • March 10th received an email from uscis regarding needing evidence and I responded within 3 hours through ups with evidence of mainly mine and my child’s medical bill with the total of $49K, credit card statement, emails between my professors and I regarding me returning to school and needing to pay right away after signing up for classes but I don’t have a job so I can’t afford paying, and a cover letter explaining myself of my situation and other issues I am facing • March 10 and March 14th I checked with an agent to see if they received my evidence and was told they can’t see nothing and my status never changed • March 15 got a notification my card is being produced.

how was your i485 interview experience?

@Georgij Alekseev I pray you hear something soon. if you don’t hear anything back I would try to expedite again at least that was my plan after seen people got approved after expediting for more than once. I don’t like the delay they have these days after an interview and am so confused on how some other cases that are more recent are approved right away.

@NR after waiting for 40 minutes or so we got called in by a different officer since our original officer was still interrogating some people so we heard. our interview lasted for 2 hrs but we were asked nothing related to our relationship. We just talked about life stuff, mainly army stuff. The service was also down so the officer was having a hard time reviewing our documents. he told us we were approved and should get a decision within 2-3 weeks since he could tell our marriage was legite and we have a baby and my husband being in the army, he didn’t see any red flags. I had 3 binders with me and he asked for nothing but my child’s birth certificate even though I sent it with the documents…haven’t heard anything ever since. oh he also asked me Yes and No questions and asked me to sign. that’s it

Yeah it went well, the IO told us she is recommending us for an approval and needs to run background checks. And we should get a card in mail within 3-4 weeks.

yay!!!! I really hope you get yours. I made an inquiry yesterday since they told me I should have gotten a decision within 2-3 weeks so I am waiting to see what they say since my case was very straightforward.

I submitted and inquiry online and I called and the agent submitted the inquiry for me again. not sure why but she did it and said I should hear back from them within the next 30 days
