Thank you God. Dream comes through after seven years in USA and 6 years fighting immigration.
It was great fight since 2018. First adjustment of status marriage case got denied in 2019 on the interview day cus it was a stoke interview without a lawyer. Wife withdrew i130 on the interview day cus she was under duress. Allegation of marriage fraud came in. I was put in a removal proceedings, divorce came in, covid came in, New marriage came in. Fight removal proceedings in immigration court. File new i130, i485,i765 in April 2022, Judge dismissed removal proceedings in August 2022. Went for initial interview January 2023. Received NOID on the first marriage April 2023, Responded to NOID May 2023, Security check came in, contacted congressman, senator, Ombudsman, white house, another NOID to prove the current marriage came in on march 1st 2024, responded March 15th 2024. i130 approved March 22, 2024, i485 approved March 26, 2024. My lawyer did a really good job and she always responds to my call, emails, text messages.

how did you fight your first NOID that first marriage was fraud? my friend is in same situation as you, he responded to NOID to prove first marriage was legit and it’s been 2
months no response from uscis

@A A I submitted a written statement about my love marriage with my ex wife, with joint documents we both had then including pictures. So my lawyers also wrote a written statement to back it up. NOTE. it's advisable if ur friend ex wife write a statement to uscis to confirm that the relationship was genuine and not for immigration benefits. I tried to get a written statement from my ex wife but was not successful. It took uscis 11 months to get back to me after I responded to the first noid of my ex wife. I did lots of service request, contacted congressman, senator, white house and later Ombudsman. It was Ombudsman that later helped out within a week that I contacted then.
