130 approved yesterday.
485 approved today without interview.
765 never approved.
No RFE. No lawyer.
I've been in the us for the past 8+ years: 3 years under a student visa (including 1 year OPT) and 5 years under a work visa.
Got married to the us citizen last year.

I didn't sent medical with courtesy notice letter. I will wait until I get formal RFE.

@Sinsupa 1 I didn't take any actions when they initially mailed me "the courtesy letter" on Jan 2023 as the letter said not do so until a further instruction.
In March 2023, they emailed me "the courtesy letter request", which seemingly some applicants receive nowadays. The email said I'd better to mail 693 to the field office to accelerate my application but no guarantees. Thereafter, I completed my 693 and mailed it to the field office.

i don't know how long I will get it RFE if I sent it with courtesy notice now I will not get 10yrs green card that's why I want to wait the formal RFE
