Thank God everything is done and Approved
well I submitted my I175 for condition removal on February 14th 2019,the received it in February 27th 2020.my case was on processing for about 6months then I move from NYC to Minesota,I then change my address and requested my application moved from NYC to Minesota.my case was on processing for good 14months that’s exactly the i751 periodic time.
so luckily I was approved on April 27th 2021 in the morning then the next day the approval date change to April 29,2021.so lucky for me I had no biometric and pictures requirements,all I got was approved.I’m now waiting for my approval letter.
Goodluck to anybody who is in this situation that I came out from,dnt rush be patient and let them do their work hopefully u be saved so easily without any stress.

yes and every state has is own time limits,some states are 9months,12month and 16months no matter what u gonna go through those months unless u request for expedite with good evidence then they’ll adjust it to 3months

nah I requested because I move out of NYC,they always ask on their website any time u move u can change ur address so when u change ur address the file will be automatically directed to ur new area code,all cases are directed to everyone areas code

after how many months on your 2 year green card did you apply for the removal of condition and what are the documents from your spouse ?

well they actually recommended apply 90 days before the green card expired but if u apply after the 90 days they still accept it all they wanted u to do is apply for the removal that’s i1751.well they need ur joint taxes filled together especially the tax transcripts,more pictures,if you have kids in the marriage the kids birth certificates,leases if u have joint,cable bills with both names on,hey any documents that comes with ur name and ur wife name on put all together and mail it to them.
