@m j request an expedite . I told them about the inflation, long time waiting for my work permit and any update since February. I think if I hadn’t expedited I think it will be much longer

congratulations. My PD 12/24/2021 and nothing till now . I submitted all my forms together I130 I485 I131 and I765 . I did my interview by 3/23/2022 and just got an approval notice for I130. 7 months till now after my interview no response or decision for I485 or EAD or Advance parole. yesterday sent an email to my congresswoman representative ask her to help me expedite my case . anyone have any ideas if the congresswoman can help ???

@Ghina F I tried my Congressman, he told me it was not avaliable because my process time wasn’t out of time , my process time was being process in normal time , he said the same date that USCIS process time said . December 27 . so long . you must call to USCIS and ask to expedite and ask about update , cause you waiting so long .

@paulo alves actually I sent the immigration authorization form to the congresswoman representative to do an inquiry for my pending i485 especially I did my interview 7 months ago with no update till now . and no update for my EAD or advance parole. thank you for sharing your experience this really help 🙏

@Ghina F you probably will receive the greencard. because your case is being so long . you must receive soon . A friend had a case like yours , receive right the greencard just .
