@nana I’m sorry I misread your message, I didn’t get an RFE. I sent out a out of normal processing time injure and got that response. my case has been on “case received” since sept 5

nope you should be pestering them. 437 days for Texas is extremely outside normal processing. keep calling always ask to speak with a tier 2 supervisor
