Termination of removal
Hi,
How long it takes to get the actual decision in the mail after termination of removal is granted? I had an upcoming hearing, which is not showing anymore but my name still appears on EOIR case status.

Yes, your name will always appear. What’s important is that does it show “ The immigration judge ordered dismissal or terminated with a date” under Decision and Motion Information? If yes, you are not in court anymore and USCIS has finally jurisdiction over your I-485 form.
