investiga si tienes abogado preguntale porque si esta aplicacion dice que tu status se movio a biometricos es porque ya , así me paso ami el 27 marzo esta app medecia listo para biometricos y le pregunte a mi representante y dijo que no habia nada entonces ayer me hablo mi abogado que si tenia que hacer mis biometricos 14 de abril , .me enoje porque pense que me lo negarian pero todo salio bien , Investiga ya tiene que haber algun documento listo , ok 👍
