Technical issues
I got an email saying “we have taken action on your case” yesterday afternoon but there is no update anywhere on my online account. Anyone else face this?

@Mo Me looks like their website is undergoing some kinda maintenance or update.

maintenance is carded for 5-6th I think
my api showed they did open my file yesterday 1/3 @3pm

I spoke to a agent over a call this afternoon and they said it most likely was a internal update only for their records but still somehow triggered an email.
