Schedule another call and you’ll hear another story. Keep expediting through emma and phone…

Out of curiosity. What are your reasons for EAD expidite?

I filled January 2021 and nothing yet

how do you expedite thorough Emma? don’t you need to provide evidence?

Bee S Same process worked for me but I think they dont ask any evidence for applications 7months and older. Again every adjudicating officer creates his own rules. USCIS agents definetely needs more supervision and accountability.

I would say it depends on your case, they process easy cases first to avoid further backlog.

The i765 adjudication process is the same for everyone. It’s starightforward and not subject to interpretation like the i130 or i485.

i765 can’t be granted on its own, it depends on your adjustment case any way. that’s why we put C9, C8 or any other codes there. they need to go through your adjustment case to approve your EAD anyway.
