I'm 290 days in....Spoke with them today and was told my interview was waived, my cases are processing normally and still at the NBC. Also that they are currently working on them🙄😏🤔

@eni i learn from this group that for i485 only filed office can make a decision..i hope as soon as they move the case to Detroit f you will have approval. I hope we all will have fast smooth proces and aproval:)

@m-Mc C NBC also has the the jurisdiction to adjudicated cases so they don't necessarily have to go to the field office.
