taking premium time for Eb-2 NIW
hello guys,
I wanna take premium time for eb-2 niw but I received rfe 3 months ago. Now Responde to RFE is ready to submit back. So can I take premium time or does immigration actually make a decision faster after RFE submission? How long actually they take make a final decison after I-140 RFE responded?

@Khusniddin Iskandarov My approval took 200 days after they received in Texas my response to the RFE. Took longer than expected. But I’ve heard that most 2020 cases took longer

what is rate of approval after RFE and what do you think do I should take premium or not? how many prongs USCIS asked you for your rfe? thank you for your comment. I hope I will be approved too like you.

I got an RFE and UCIS asked for the two last prongs. about to send the response and wait for the decision.

I don’t think you should use premium. what’s your officer number and what service center?

mine took 105 days and I was approved
I was challenged the 2nd and 3rd prong

I have upgraded my petition to premium after 62 days after submitted my RFE. Got denial after 3 days.

@baby baby my officer number is 0178 and office Nebraska. I challenged 1st and 3rd prongs. I did perfect business plan. what do you think approval rate after RFE?

officer just ingored the RFE response. the denial letter was almost the same as RFE letter. For example officer stated that I have used review articles to show signicance of my work but it's not true. I hade the whole chapter discribing how original research papers used my research finding with recomendation letters. The authors of that papers provided me those letters. I submitted to TSC. They challged all three prongs. I had around 100 citations and 6 papers back then.
