you’re not outside processing time. you can put in an inquiry which they will probably ignore. my progress means absolutely nothing. look at my timeline. most people are approved before a year. be patient it’s coming.

you can apply to expedite the case, but it would need to have valid reasons with evidence of the reasons. the expedite could be approved or denied. I’m currently in the same boat, UKC married to a USC application pending for 7 months.

give it 14 months or so before inquiring

I'm a UKC married to USC it was 13months for me. applied may 2023. got approved June 2024. so I know if feels hopeless and never ending but should just be a few more months!!!
