Taking lawyer to an interview? Is it worth it?
Hello Everyone! I have my interview coming up. Has anyone taken a lawyer during an interview? How was the experience? What are their roles or in which scenario they can speak up or intervene? My lawyer is asking for $1500 flat fee plus addition cost of lawyer (flight, accomodations, foods etc).

If it was any other administration I would have not advised you to do that, I think it is worth the investment especially in those times. If you are not in a position to invest this 1500 dollars, just make sure you review everything with a professional and expect the interviewer to ask you WILD questions, especially if you are from a country where politics is unstable. one more thing… if you are in a Red State Definitely hire someone in my opinion…

I highly recommend taking a lawyer with you. but that sounds expensive.. I would look for a local lawyer so you would only need to pay for their time (I paid $300 per hour)
