Supporting docs for I864
Hey all,
I’m about to file my AOS, I’m unsure of what supporting docs I need to get from my sponsor, if they’re married? Any help would be appreciated.

If your partner is sponsoring you, you will needs all her documents. most importantly, the person's W2 AND INCOME TAX RETURNS for this year.

@D@ddyB Zuniga my partner doesn’t work. I’m including my uncle as a joint sponsor. Since he’s married how many I-864 A do I need to fill out?

You need their W2's and their Latest income tax returns documents. That's all that USCIS will request.
