has your 140 being approved and have u filed your 485 and has your i-485 is being pending for more than 180 days ?

yaa you can file the supplement j , for me i filed my 485j and uscis requested me the employers documents like incorporation doc, tax returns by RFE. Technically we dont need any other docs except 485j.

@The land funny thing they fliped their decision. I have to apologize - the information I sent you was incorrect. Your sponsor has decided NOT to withdraw your I-140. The message I sent you on June 3rd was meant to provide some reassurance. The sponsor has chosen not to withdraw your I-140 at this time. If they were to change their mind in the future, which is unlikely, it should still not have an immigration impact. I apologize for the stress that my message caused. @The land i told them if they revoke my i-140 after working for 1yrs 45hrs every week i will publicly tell everyone and report to FBI. then i receive above mail.

@The land 9mth but i left with medical reason notified both employer and bdv properly. communication was good with Carolina but this brook guy popped all of suddenly saying he notified my employer giveing option to withdraw i-140

@Y A they have been bothering me too. I have given them doctors note but they want details and obviously doctor can’t disclose my medical record without my permission and that job I know will be hell and stressful. I have done jobs like that before and I was in emergency multiple time but a different company.

@The land just say with medical reason u need to move with family where u will ve taken care and work with another employer. also tell they have everything documented and will report if they abuse.

@Y A I haven’t worked for sponsor yet. I worked for a different company. I ask BDV to either give me accommodation for a different company that will not require hard job but they don’t want to work with me.

@G C So they sent me email saying they have withdrawn my case do you think I need a lawyer? Also, I got citizenship now. and from the video you sent me I can port even after Greencard is approved just worried about traveling.
