supplement J for EB1 (a) RFE
Hello all, we filed our I 485 this May and we just received an RFE for Supplement J. As far as my knowledge EB1 category doesn’t require Supplement J. Does anyone have an idea what to do or has received a similar RFE. would appreciate if you could share your response to USCIS.

@K K , can you tell me what evidence did you support it with ? also, was your case approved, if so, how long after the RFE was sent. thanks

my current employer filled it out for me but if you don’t have one you can fill it out yourself as the employer.

I got this same RFE, and responded with the instructions of the 485j that says that it is not required for EB-1A and NIW. I also added my employment letter to show that I will continue working in my area of specialization and I won’t be public charge.

Hi. I forgot to add my passport photos and my i485 has been transferred to NBC. Please, where do I send it? I do not want to get an RFE for that @everyone
