suggestion on filing mandamus ??
My VAWA was approved one year ago, and it has now been eight months since my I-485 interview. I would like guidance on whether filing a mandamus would be appropriate? please share your experience?? filled in may 2021

@victory on hold more power to you. Mine got approved Jan 2025. My lawyer is suggesting the same thing .I am going to wait for another month if nothing happens then I am going to file for it.

@A T I am Feb 2022, planning on doing the same soon. The earliest I can submit an inquiry regarding processing time is June 2026. First it was February, than May, now June. It moves up every time I look.
