I have questions about about my parents and my brother I did submit the I 130 for each one of my family father and mother and brother and also my brother he is under 18 and In each file, I added their names My question is, my brother should have his own file, or not because he is underage and my family in the Middle East not in the us.

They should have separate applications. Your parents are your immediate relatives and may get approval before a year but your brother's approval may take from 14yrs.

it will take up to 15 years for your brother. let your parents file for him once they get their grrencard, it will be faster. and each must have their own application

so I have a question I apply my parents in 2020 that time my brother is 18 now he is 21 right but someone told me when your parents is coming and get green card they apply and he come fast like 3.4 years is that true

@reehan ali , they are correct, it will take approximately 3-4vyears. he might age out, meaning turn 21 and the wait maybe longer as that is a different category.
