i think only 1st world county case goes to nebraska service center. mine California submitted i130 on may29 2020 no update

I submitted my 1-130 July 2021 too, it got approved September 2021. Submitted all the docs and paid everything 1st of October. I think we’re in the same page when it comes to NVC! we are both waiting for our docs to be qualified before the interview. Good luck

i don’t think its a year. depends on the embassy where ur at. it says on their site that normally it takes 2-3 months from the time you submitted to the time of the interview

yes it does but its a backlog they giving people interviews that got their DQ in jan 2021 and feb 2021 in santo domingo

because of backlogs due to closure of Embassies last time, they still need to catch up the previously scheduled interviews that's why now takes longer than the one before pandemic. it is possible for a year or two to get interview schedule, everyone is hoping we got sooner

so once maestra m is qualified which is possibly this month, i think she needs to email her embassy so maybe they can give her specific timeframe and schedule of her interview? well tbh i dont know, my friend got interviewed after 3 weeks. what I know is, it really depends on the country, so if it’s backlogged like what y’all saying, then it might need a little waiting game again

it depends my sister inlaw got her interview fast for k1 visa she got her case approved in abril from uscis and sept she got interview

NVC is the one giving interview schedule for I130 petitions, expedite request can be filed/ emailed at NVC if someone need to be in US sooner. yeah it depends on the backlogs of each US embassies at someone's country too . the fewer the faster

yes and i just emailed the US embassy here, they said they are your point of contact after the documents are approved. so it’s best to email them once you got your DQ

i submitted my docs to uscis July 2021, was approved September and I submitted October 4th for the docs to NVC. I’m in Bahrain, it’s a small country and so I’m hoping that after I got DQ, the embassy will be able to book me asap

they review aug 8 now,every mon or tues they review more cases
