submitted RFE for IR5
I submitted the RFE to the Texas Service Center, and the system has been updated to show that the evidence was received. It’s been a week now, and I still haven’t heard anything. This waiting is so exhausting… I just wish I knew how much longer it will take.
Anyone know has exễpriences ?

@Vanessa L Most of the time, USCIS reviews the response to an RFE within 60 days of submission, but the response time often depends on the type of evidence requested. In my case, I received an RFE due to a missing translation. After I sent the translation on Monday, USCIS approved the case the next day.
What was the RFE about? If it’s something minor, you’ll likely receive a response quickly. However, if it involves something more significant—like the need for secondary supporting evidence due to a late-registered birth certificate—USCIS usually takes more time to review the documents you submitted.
Wishing you all the best, and I hope you receive good news soon!

@kalid jamma thank you for your experience. They requested both the translation document and some secondary supporting evidence. I’m so stressful because I know some similar cases which get approval from them after 2-3 days submit evidences.
