Student visa
My 18 years old stepdaughter came to USA 4 years ago with her mother with tourist visa. She doesn’t have status yet. Can she apply for student visa?

@Jey Pepo You are not in a good situation. Well your step daughter. There are many factors here. Did your spouse apply for an adjustment of status? If so, why was the daughter not included? Overstays can be forgiven for relatives of a US citizen. She will not be able to apply for a student visa. She will need to either leave the US which would be very risky or stay in the US and adjust status. This could be a long and challenging process because of the amount of time with the overstay.

@Kingsley B Yes we applied for the F2A , but only have the I-130 aproved, I will apply to be citizen in Desember but everything is super slowly!!
