student status
hello everyone,
I graduated in December of 2021. During my final semester i took only 3 credit class to complete my minor with RCL approved from DSO. But i failed that class and I graduated since that class was not required for me to graduate. After my graduation i filed my OPT EAD and it was approved. My i485 was filed on march 2022. My interview is schedule. Will failing a class during final semester affect my status?

Why your status would be of any issue? while you already have an approved i140 , EAD and i485 filed for unskilled category.
keep calm and focus on your next step ahead.

Failing the class won't effect if you have completed all the credits required to graduate. Since you took RCL , and graduated on last semester, you did not violate your status. If there is any issue, USCIS would have sent you RFE on "maintenance of lawful status". so you are good to go. Good luck on your Interview

@sam p final GPA, if your overall GPA is not below 2.0, you're good even if u failed that semester.
